What could I be doing wrong questions…

The one and only question when life. Makes a turn that put you in a situation. Where it doesn’t matter how much. You try to turn it back around. You find yourself in a deeper pool of some. Unidentified mess that’s just been added to what is already going on in life…. so here is that same question what I am doing wrong
